定番の筋力スケーリングビルド。点火と悪魔化で筋力を積み上げ、強力なヘビーブレードで壊滅的なダメージを叩き出す。最も安定した初心者向けアーキタイプの一つ。
This build revolves around accumulating Strength and converting it into massive single-hit damage via Heavy Blade. Inflame provides immediate Strength boosts, while Demon Form ensures infinite scaling in long fights. Offering solves energy and draw problems on key turns. The goal is to become so powerful that even basic Strikes deal lethal damage.
Prioritize picking up Inflame whenever offered — it provides immediate Strength that makes every attack hit harder. Fight Me is an excellent early pickup as it gives Strength while dealing decent damage. Perfected Strike is a strong transitional card since your deck still has many Strike cards. Don't remove starting Strikes early; they scale with Strength. Look for Shrug It Off or Flame Barrier for defense. If offered Offering, take it immediately — the draw and energy are invaluable.
By Act 2 you want Demon Form online. This single card solves your scaling for every fight that lasts more than 3 turns. Start looking for Heavy Blade if you haven't found one yet — this is your primary win condition. Battle Trance helps with card draw consistency. Begin trimming weak defensive cards at rest sites. Whirlwind becomes powerful with high Strength for multi-enemy fights. Consider picking up a single copy of Bludgeon as a secondary finisher.
With Demon Form active, your Strength snowballs every turn. Heavy Blade with 20+ Strength can one-shot most enemies. Against Act 3 bosses, play Demon Form turn 1 if possible, then focus on surviving while Strength ramps. Offering on a critical turn can draw into Heavy Blade for lethal. Keep your deck lean — 20-25 cards is ideal. Every drawn card that isn't contributing to Strength or survival is wasted.
Infinite Strength scaling. A single copy wins any long fight.
Immediate +2 Strength (3 upgraded). Core ramp card, take every copy offered.
Primary win condition. Deals 14 + 3x Strength damage (5x upgraded). Scales absurdly.
Lose 6 HP to gain 2 Energy and draw 5 cards. Enables explosive turns.
Deals damage twice while gaining Strength. Strong early-mid game card.
Draw 3 cards (4 upgraded). Helps find Heavy Blade and key pieces faster.
8 Block + draw a card. Efficient defense that doesn't slow your deck.
12 Block + retaliatory damage. Solid defense that also deals damage to attackers.
When core cards aren't available, these alternatives keep the build functional.
Free +1 Strength from the start of every combat — perfect synergy.
Ironclad's starter relic. 6 HP heal per fight lets you skip resting and upgrade more.
Applies Vulnerable to all enemies turn 1, amplifying your Strength-boosted attacks.
Free Block on every 3rd attack played — helps survive while ramping Strength.
Every 10th attack deals double damage. Devastating with a charged-up Heavy Blade.
Heal 12 HP when ending combat below 50% — extra survivability during Act 1-2 ramp phase.
Limits you to 6 cards per turn. Cripples turns where you need Offering + multiple attacks.
Not seeing enemy intent makes it hard to time defensive vs offensive turns.
+1 Energy is nice but +1 Strength to all enemies compounds with their existing damage.
Rush Strength stacking before Guardian enters defensive mode. Heavy Blade can break through the shield phase quickly. Save Offering for the turn you need maximum burst.
Hexaghost's Inferno hits hard on turn 2. Use turn 1 to play Demon Form or Inflame. Block heavily turn 2. Once Strength is stacked, each subsequent Activate phase becomes trivial.
Focus on killing before the split at 50% HP. High Strength + Heavy Blade can burst through in 2-3 turns. After the split, Whirlwind with Strength cleans up both halves.
The Collector summons minions every few turns. Prioritize the boss — your Strength scaling means each turn the boss lives costs you more damage taken from adds. Thunderclap or Whirlwind handles minions.
Time Eater punishes playing many cards per turn. This build naturally plays fewer, higher-impact cards. Stack Strength early, then Heavy Blade for massive single hits. Stay under 12 cards played per cycle.
Upgrade Heavy Blade first. It increases the Strength multiplier from 3x to 5x, which is the biggest damage increase in the build. Inflame goes from +2 to +3, which is good but less impactful.
Absolutely. Strength scaling is one of the most reliable win conditions at Ascension 20. The key is finding enough Block to survive while Demon Form ramps. Consider adding more defensive cards at higher Ascensions.
Take every Inflame offered, up to 2-3 copies. Each one is +2 permanent Strength for a single card play. Even in short fights, 2 Inflames give +4 Strength immediately.
Perfected Strike, Bludgeon, and even Twin Strike work as substitutes. Whirlwind is excellent in multi-enemy fights. The Strength scaling makes any attack viable — Heavy Blade is just the optimal carrier.
Limit Break doubles your current Strength. With Demon Form already online, this creates exponential scaling. Take it if offered, but the build functions perfectly without it.
